What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. The form to download documentation asks you to provide “Name” and “email address”.
Member representatives registering for a UserId are asked to in addition enter their company name country of residence and phone number. This information is stored in the people profiles private domain and be accessed at all times to Update or Remove.
Oxalis Community needs to collect data to allow the processing of your company’s membership application and continuing participation in our activities. The membership of the association is solely for legal entities, but we need to work with individuals connected to the members, who participate in our activities and need to receive information from us.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you on the web site will be held and used in one of the following ways: to send periodic emails related to meetings, working groups, the collection of subscriptions and payments due, participation in educational courses and the receipt and dissemination of information.
Note: if at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email.
Inspection, rectification, or deletion of data
Members have direct access to their data at all times to update and/or remove the data. You may ask us to rectify or remove these data. Please send a request with your personal details to oxalis@norstella.no. Any questions about the use of your personal data may also be sent to this address.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

We do not use cookies other than system generated session cookies that disappear when you close your browser session and Permanent Cookies that maybe created if you click the remember password option.

Oxalis Community collects general visitor data through its website, such as visitor numbers and the number of clicks on a specific page.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
Your contact details will not be shared, sold or otherwise disposed of to any organization other than the association.
